Mr. Top is a slightly obese circus ringmaster appears in a 2008 Circus. He has a red top hat, black messy hair, moustaches, bowtie, red coat, black collar, golden vest, black pants and shoes instead of boots. He only appears in a one set, 4230 Circus Ring.
